Lime Essential Oil is commonly used for digestive support, immune boosting, and respiratory function, but especially for the aromatic influence it has. It smells Very sweet, fresh, and is one of the most invigorating and uplifting aromas, without being overly powerful. The aroma of lime essential oil inspires and brings fresh energy plus clears the mind. It is excellent for use in a diffuser to freshen the home. Use lime essential oil as a helpful natural toxic free cleaning agent, try adding a few drops to the water when washing dishes or cleaning the house.
  • To help relieve stress, exhaustion, and anxiety, add a 1-3 drops of lime essential oil to a diffuser. This may also help boost your immune system before, during, or after an illness
  • Lime essential oil can lessen the discomfort of a cough or sore throat, as well as break up stubborn chest congestion. Dilute 3 drops in into a carrier oil like coconut, almond, or grapeseed, and apply to the neck and chest.
  • For a exfoliating Ginger Lime Body Scrub: Mix together; 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil, 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, 15 drops Lime essential oil, 10 drops Ginger Oil. Store in and air tight glass container.
  • Use as a Bathtub scrub: Mix one-half cup of baking soda, one-half cup of vinegar and five drops of lime oil and use as a scrub for a sink or bathtub.
